    • Winter Must-Haves: Cotton jersey or flannel bed linens paired with a toasty wool comforter - perfect for cozy nights. A full-length wool coat and fur-lined mukluks to top off a cold-weather look without sacrificing warmth.

    • Pro Tip: Struggling with the winter blues? It could mean you’re low in vitamin D. Try exposing your skin to natural sunlight when you can.

  • Dr Chris - Naturopath/Homeopath/Chiropractor

    • Winter Must-Haves: Lots of tea, hot yoga, long underwear

    • Pro Tip: Don’t eat the yellow snow! (A little humor keeps the spirit warm too.)

  • Sylvia - Registered Nurse

    • Winter Must-Haves: A warm Epsom or magnesium salt bath, a day of baking and relaxing by the fire, and a fragrant Stovetop Potpourri recipe:

    • Ingredients:

      • 1 orange or lemon sliced

      • 1-2 cinnamon sticks

      • 2-5 whole cloves

      • 1-2 star anise pods

      • pine or cedar sprigs

Place Ingredients in small saucepan. Fill with enough water to cover the ingredients. Bring to a gentle simmer over low heat. Let simmer on low, uncovered, for several hours, adding water as needed to keep ingredients from drying out. Enjoy the cozy fragrance!

  • Pro Tip: Open your blinds the moment you wake up to let in natural light—it helps reset your circadian rhythm and boost mood.

Create Your Own Winter Rituals

We hope these cozy ideas inspire you to create your own winter wellness rituals—whether that’s sipping warm tea, lighting candles, or taking quiet moments to rest and recharge. Remember, winter invites us to slow down, nurture ourselves, and find beauty in the stillness.
